Principal Consultant: Rita McGee
Rita McGee, FCIPD, is a chartered Fellow of the CIPD. Previously HR Director of The Pepe Group she now works as a consultant, trainer, facilitator and executive coach.

She has worked with every aspect of Human Resource Management and Development including positions as Director of Personnel and Non-Executive Director.

In her consultancy practice she has been involved in the development of strategy implementation of Human Resource practices and the creation of Leadership programmes.

She has been involved in training needs analysis and training design. She has also been actively involved in team development facilitating team building events. She is trained in advanced facilitation skills and coaching and she regularly works with individuals on a one to one basis in both public and private organisations.
